A recent study we conducted concerning Jamaica's Medium, Small and Micro Enterprises (MSMEs), revealed that a large percentage of businesses within this sector do not see the Government as an entity they can sell their products and services to. Additionally, they do not readily pursue or respond to bids or tenders put out by the Government, as they are of the perception that majority of these bids are awarded to "friends" of the Government.

The program will be marketed through various medium to include traditional marketing: TV, Radio and Print along with social media marketing on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Linked with a "come find out how to get some government contracts" message.
